MUCPC is dedicated to guiding students, enhancing their personal skills, and facilitating opportunities for their training in various institutions and companies. Additionally, the center aims to assist students in finding suitable employment opportunities. The center works to strengthen the connection between students and the job market by providing training opportunities, courses, and workshops to develop students' skills.

Moreover, it organizes events, job fairs, and exhibitions to facilitate direct communication between companies and students. Furthermore, the center offers information about the job market, current opportunities, as well as future trends and needs.
